Return & Refund Policy

At Meet Fashions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, items without tags, or items damaged by the customer.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

In compliance with transparency standards:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, Meet Fashions covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Convenience Returns (Remorse): For returns due to a change of mind, style preference, or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@meetfashions.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.
  4. Important: Do not send items back to the business address without first contacting our support team for authorization.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@meetfashions.com Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item. Contact us for assistance with this process.

7. Cancellations and Address Errors

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order without penalty before it ships. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee changes after 24 hours, and refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
